INTENSITY BASEBALL 11U MERRITT WINS MVP CLASSIC

Splitting Saturday's double header headlined by a Home Run off the bat of Matt Catafulmo in game one, Intensity 11u came out Sunday firing with a 15-0 win in the semi finals.

Twenty Four hours after falling to the Hunterdon Blackhawks, Intensity 11u got another chance to avenge that loss in the Championship game.  After a quick first inning, Nick Decina got it going with a single followed up by stealing second.  He would come around to score on a double by Pietro Amodio to make it 1-0.

Alex Bondarew was lights out on the mound throwing up zero's through the first four innings.  In the 5th Intensity tacked on a run to make it 2-0 and added 3 more in the top of the 6th giving them a 5-1 lead heading into the final inning.

Alex Bondarew did what he did all game fininshing off the gem with only 8 pitches.

This was Intensity 11u's first Fall Championship
