The Intensity Organization is dedicated to developing the highest caliber student-athletes in the game of baseball. Our program strives for excellence however also looks for the higher purpose of creating positive memories that will last a lifetime!

To be able to join an organization under the direction of a former college baseball coach with over 25 years of experience is invaluable. It is a unique opportunity to have someone who has been on the other side recruiting student-athletes, dealing with scholarships, understanding all of the NCAA rules, and knows all of the ins and outs of the game of baseball.
Development
Development is thought to be considered just about the individuals batting, fielding, or pitching ability. As we will focus on each individual and help them meet their full potential, we will also be developing their minds. Teaching them through situational drills and detailed practice plans. Knowing what to do with the ball in certain situation is much more valuable to a college coach then how hard he can throw it.
We will develop an understanding of how the game is played and the right way to play the game. Providing them a “baseball” mindset.
Recruiting Process
The recruiting process can be a stressful experience. Having someone who has been on the other side and with the knowledge and contacts is invaluable. Our Director Joe Litterio understands recruiting. With his understanding of the process he will be able to advise you and help you put yourself and your family in the best case scenario. You need an organization that is trusted by college coaches to give them honest evaluations of you. Understand the level of the play you fit into is vital. Too many times kids chase the wrong level only to miss out on a better opportunity at the level they should be.
Full Year Program Provides
Our FULL Year Round Programs will practice throughout the year, rain or snow. All organizations will be provided year round training at The Ballpark, a state of the art training facility. The facility is 40,000 square feet of turf in a climate controlled setting. It has over 8 full batting cages and a full infield for development throughout the entire year.
- Each program will be staffed with a head and assistant coach. Players will also work exclusively with multiple coaches throughout the organization
- Youth Teams- League/Developmental Play Middle School/HS - Tournaments (Local and National)
- Practices, intrasquads, bullpen nights, organizational days
- Speed and Conditioning Classes
